Organisation
Go "glocal" and get the best of both
worlds
The majority of our customers are global. Those who are not global
have a global perspective. Therefore, we meet the market with a
global organisation. We think globally. Our offers are global. But
at the same time, our organisation is so tightly knit that we react
to local conditions. We are "glocal". We enter into contracts
covering production sites around the world and service your company
equally from South Africa to Northern Norway. And we are also
represented locally. This has two advantages:
You save the expense of flying service technicians halfway around
the world to service an installation, and we can adapt to local
conditions, e.g. when providing education and training of your
staff.
Two divisions
We have divided the company's organisation into two
divisions, Wind and Industry, each of which services its customer
segment. This makes good sense, because these customers have
different needs, habits and production conditions. However, we do
not hesitate to reap the benefits of sharing knowledge throughout
our organisation. Ideas developed today for the benefit of industry
customers can benefit wind customers tomorrow, and vice versa.
Thus, we work diligently to tear down the walls. We are well on the
way to becoming a project organisation, with the associated
benefits this brings to our customers.
