Svendborg Brakes is committed to the occupational health and safety of its workforce and to ensure high standards of workplace health and safety is implementing a health and safety management system to help address employee health and safety in a fast, efficient, and systematic manner and promote a positive safety culture.

The Svendborg Brakes health and safety management system is being developed consistent with the internationally recognised framework known as OHSAS 18001 with certification planned for 2010.
